Trust Center

Trust starts
with showing
the work.

We make AI-powered tools, original films, and ideas worth building. That means we owe you plain language about how this site works, what our Labs do, and what we do not collect.

Our promise

No hidden complexity. No unnecessary data collection. No pretending AI is magic.

AI

Our Approach to AI

Our Labs, prototypes, workflows, and films are designed to help people understand what AI can make possible. They are useful starting points, not final authority.

Review the work. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Use boundaries. Do not enter confidential, regulated, proprietary, or personally sensitive information into public Labs.

Know the limits. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, HR, compliance, or professional advice.

003How the Labs WorkBack to sections ↑

The Lab

How the Labs Work

Our public Labs are text-only tools. You bring the content. The Lab sends the request, gets a response, and brings it back to you.

Lab Privacy

  • Long & Taylor does not store your prompts.
  • No accounts are required.
  • No file uploads are accepted.
  • The Labs are text-only.
  • Please avoid confidential or regulated information.

Third-Party Processing

Your request is sent through our Cloudflare Worker to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the response. Long & Taylor does not retain what you enter. Under Anthropic’s current standard API terms, prompts and responses may be retained for a limited period, typically up to seven days, for safety and abuse prevention, and are not used to train Claude models.
